What does that mean?

Spectora is a powerful home inspection software that makes the entire process a breeze. Once one of my services is scheduled, you will receive access to the online Spectora client portal. You do not need to sign up for anything or create an account. It is just a link that is provided via email.

In this portal, you will be able to review documents, sign agreements, make online payments, obtain the report, and build custom repair requests that can be easily submitted to the seller. Documents can simply be downloaded as a pdf straight to your device at your convenience.
